Workshop Description

This three-day course is centered around essential knots, where you’ll design a larger, beautiful wall hanging. This experience will help you develop the skills to keep crafting on your own. What you’ll learn • Foundational and decorative macramé techniques, including essential knots • Tips for planning, balancing, and finishing your macramé design What’s included • Three 1.5-hour classes with instructor Zoe (@zoe.macrame) All materials and equipment provided. • All materials and equipment • Knot reference book (for you to take home and practice) COURSE SCHEDULE • Class 1: First Steps We’ll guide you through creating your first macramé wall hanging, teaching foundational knots for all future projects. Perfect for beginners, by the end of the day, you'll have a solid understanding of knotting and the start of your handmade piece. • Class 2: Design & Details We’ll build on your knots and dive deeper into macramé, adding new textures to enhance your design. By the end of the day, you’ll trim the cords and prep your piece for final touches. • Class 3: Finishing Touches We’ll teach the final knots to complete your design, focusing on the details and balance to finish your stunning, hand-crafted piece.
